I have heard so many people rave about electric pressure cookers or Instant Pots. I have an old-fashioned stovetop pressure cooker. I must say, the versatility and SPEED with which these things cook is amazing! Cooking options are virtually limitless.
These are definitely on my list! I go through so much parchment paper. Silicone baking mats are much more economical and eco-friendly.
